And finally I got it. There was a prombem because of IP I guess. So I changed IP to japanese and...come to daddy, baby. Also was problem with player they using MS SilverLight so it was big problem too. Don't know why but i can't to watch it in online using Win7 but when I use WinXp all fine
Too bad but quality of stream video is not HQ :(
